Weight work robot system for precision insertion

Robot system for screwing cap-shaped heavy object screw caps into SUS containers.

This is the process of screwing a cap-shaped heavy screw cap (approximately 30 kg) into an SUS container. We developed a mechanical floating mechanism and a special clamping mechanism for insertion, successfully reducing the space required for the robot hand. Additionally, we achieved a nearly 100% success rate for screwing in. Furthermore, we have also succeeded in automating the surrounding equipment.
